Solo Achieves SQF 2000 Level 2 Certification

Sokol and Company has received SQF 2000 Level 2 Certification receiving a 99% score on the audit. SQF (Safe Quality Food) is a leading, comprehensive, and global food safety and quality management certification system.
The certification process involves a rigorous two part audit conducted by highly trained auditors that evaluate a company’s food safety program, pest control, operational methods, maintenance, cleaning and personnel practices.
Sokol and Company now sets its sights on the achieving SQF Level 3 certification in 2012. Level 3 focuses on product quality – a feature that is unique to this type of certification system.
